Do not buy this app. Its a complete waste of $2. I calculated my macros from iifym.com and thought this would pair nicely to easily track my macros. Unfortunately thats not the case at all. The macros on this formula were way off from the website, it wont let you enter your body fat % even if you happen to know it, which I do, and you cant change the macros yourself. Totally bogus.
